  • Yes β€” and we strongly recommend booking Kilimanjaro, safari, and Zanzibar as a single package with us rather than combining multiple operators. We coordinate all three components from our Moshi base, which means any weather delay or health issue on Kilimanjaro is automatically absorbed without cascading into your safari or flight schedule. One booking, one team, complete peace of mind.
  • The more you can share, the more tailored our proposal will be. Most useful: your preferred dates or date range, group size, approximate budget indication, which experiences interest you most (Kilimanjaro route, specific parks, beach extension), and any relevant health considerations for Kilimanjaro.   • Yes. Our pricing is per person and generally decreases as group size increases, because the fixed costs (vehicle, guide, park fees) are shared across more people. A safari for 4 people will cost less per person than the same safari for 2. We will include the per-person price for your specific group size in your personalised quote.
  • After you review and approve your proposal, we will send a booking confirmation and invoice. Confirmation requires a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% is due 60 days before your departure date. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All payments are protected by our booking guarantee β€” see our terms and conditions for the full cancellation and refund policy.
  • Life happens and we understand. Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 30–59 days before receive 50% of the deposit back. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but we will work with you to find an alternative date. Date changes are accommodated free of charge where availability allows. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical evacuation.
